Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest technical authority in Control Systems/SCADA and Grid Integration.
• Define engineering philosophies, standards, and system architectures.
• Review and approve critical designs and engineering decisions.
• Lead evaluation of new technologies and engineering methodologies.
• Develop automation tools, templates, and digital engineering initiatives.
• Lead complex technical investigations and troubleshooting.
• Own and improve engineering standards, specifications, and libraries.
• Lead engineering quality audits and reviews.
• Develop competency frameworks and certification programs.
• Conduct technical interviews, mentoring, and advanced training.
• Drive organizational technical capability and succession planning.
• Drive standardization, automation and digitalization initiatives aligned with company goals and values.
• Promote knowledge sharing and organizational learning.
