Job summary

EBC Financial Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will partner with stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, design workflows, and optimize the Service Cloud configuration.

The role requires 5+ years of BA experience, Salesforce Service Cloud expertise, and strong documentation skills. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the position focuses on efficient processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge and configuration.
Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and documentation.
Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, APIs and integrations.
Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into Salesforce solutions.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for scalable workflows.
Collaborate to enhance Salesforce Service Cloud functionality aligned with business goals.
Configure Salesforce features like Workflows, Flows, Process Builder and Approvals to improve efficiency.
Support solution design through BRDs, functional specs and user stories; assist system architecture input.
Lead system testing, UAT coordination and end-user training for smooth delivery.
Continuously review and optimize Salesforce processes to meet growth needs.
Collaborate with developers on Apex, triggers and APIs for complex requirements.
