Job summary

EBC Financial Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will partner with stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, design workflows, and optimize the Service Cloud configuration.

The role requires 5+ years of BA experience, Salesforce Service Cloud expertise, and strong documentation skills. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the position focuses on efficient processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
• Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge and configuration.
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and documentation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, APIs and integrations.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead system testing, UAT coordination and end-user training for smooth delivery.
• Continuously review and optimize Salesforce processes to meet growth needs.
• Collaborate with developers on Apex, triggers and APIs for complex requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support solution design through documentation (business requirements, functional specs, and user stories) and provide input on system architecture.
• Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and end-user training to ensure smooth solution delivery and adoption.
• Continuously review and optimize Salesforce processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and business growth needs.
• Collaborate with developers on Apex, triggers, and API integrations to support complex business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, Salesforce certifications preferred (BA, Admin, or Service Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration of objects, fields, page layouts, roles, profiles, and security settings.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution documentation.
• Familiar with Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration patterns to support cross-platform connectivity.
• Understanding of relational databases (SQL/MySQL) for reporting and data validation purposes.
• Excellent communication skills in both business and technical contexts, with the ability to produce clear documentation in English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
