Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Malaysia is seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will gather requirements, configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud), lead UAT, and train end users across diverse projects.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, ongoing optimisation of CRM processes, and supporting deployments in a flexible hybrid setup (1 day per week in office).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years as a Salesforce Functional Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst.
• At least 2 years in Higher Education or non-profit environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator; Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

An esteemed and well-established organisation is seeking a Salesforce Functional Analyst to join their growing team in Malaysia. This opportunity is ideal for a functional expert who enjoys working across diverse industries and driving impactful Salesforce implementations.

Role Overview

The Salesforce Functional Consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements, optimising processes, and delivering scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements
• Salesforce Platform Expertise: brings hands‑on expertise in Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience), declarative configuration, and understanding of platform capabilities and limitations to help deduce feasible technical solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business users and technical team, facilitating workshops, providing user support, and conducting training sessions to ensure adoption.
• Configure Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules) as required
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes through Salesforce

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Analyst or Salesforce Business Analyst, with at least 2 years actively working within a Higher Education institution or non‑profit environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc)
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage requirements effectively
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skill
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
