Job summary

VISEO ASIA in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead client engagements, capture requirements, perform fit/gap analyses, and coordinate solution design with delivery teams.

You will work across Sales and Service Cloud, deliver demos, conduct reviews, and provide training and documentation while building trusted relationships with clients in APAC. Travel for mid-to-long term postings is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering.
• Experience in IT Consulting companies.
• Client engagement experience in APAC region.
• Strong analysis, critical thinking and solution design skills.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting, project management, CRM, cloud tech or systems integration.
• Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Certification is a plus.
• Business Analyst Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Experience
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Scrience/Engineering
• Experience working in IT Consulting companies
• Client engagement experience in Singapore and APAC region
• Good analysis, critical thinking and solution designing skills
• Effective presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
• Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field is expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting; Project Management; CRM; Cloud technologies; Systems integration
• Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Certification is a plus
• Any Business Analyst Certification is a plus
• Highly motivated, resourceful and success oriented
• Able to work in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural and multi-geolocation team
• Travel and overseas posting for mid-to-long term to be expected
