Job summary

Secretlab, a leading international gaming chair brand, is seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist to join the Corporate Sales team in Malaysia. You will support both Corporate (B2B) and Consumer (B2C) channels, ensure smooth order fulfilment, and maintain accurate data in CRM.

You will prepare quotations, invoices, shipping documents, coordinate with logistics, support, and finance, and act as the liaison between clients and the sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales support, operations, or customer-facing role—ideally supporting both B2B and B2C.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and managing large sets of data (e.g. Shopify, HubSpot, or similar).
• Proficiency in Google Docs and other design software (especially CAD, Sheets and Slides or similar).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end sales support across both Corporate and B2C channels.
• Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, shipping documentation, and other sales-related paperwork.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams across logistics, customer support, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Own and manage updates in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy in customer data, sales pipelines, and documentation.
• Act as a key liaison between the sales team and clients—ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Support regional sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and account-based activations.
• Identify and improve internal processes to optimise the sales support workflow.
