SBC TECH MARKETING SDN BHD is seeking a high-energy Sales Administrator to join our fast-growing sales team in Batu Caves, Malaysia. This role sits at the heart of our revenue engine, supporting the sales force, managing the pipeline, and assisting with client interactions to drive business growth.

You will draft proposals, prepare quotes, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with marketing, logistics and customer service to fulfill orders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sales Administrator, Sales Support Assistant, or in a client-facing sales operational role.
• Strong interest in sales operations, business development, and customer engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sales Operations Support: Assist the Sales Team with drafting proposals, preparing quotes, and processing customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Lead & Pipeline Management: Help manage incoming leads, update the CRM database, track sales pipeline progress, and ensure prompt follow-up on prospective clients.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a responsive primary touchpoint for incoming sales inquiries, handling customer communications via email and phone to support seamless deal execution.
• Sales Analytics & Reporting: Track daily/weekly sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and prepare insights to help the sales lead optimize conversion rates.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure orders are fulfilled and sales commitments are met.
