Job summary

Mondelèz International is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Manager to enable commercial excellence across Modern Trade in Malaysia and Singapore. You will lead execution planning, performance management, and analytics, aligning Sales, Finance, Marketing and Category teams to drive sustainable growth.

You will optimize tools and systems (TRAX, SFA, CRM), manage trade spend, and coach a high-performing team, leveraging Power BI and Excel for actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 8–12+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or FMCG sales.
• Proven experience in sales planning, performance management, and analytics.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia and Singapore markets.
• Experience managing trade spend and budgets.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• No relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Optimize sales processes, tools, and systems to improve field productivity.
• Lead execution planning, develop scorecards, monitor targets.
• Manage merchandising investments and control trade spend.
• Use Power BI and Excel to generate insights on performance and market trends.
• Lead adoption and optimization of TRAX, SFA, and CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, category planning, finance, and marketing to align strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales operations team.
