Job summary

Bizmech Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales & Service Engineer to drive outdoor industrial sales and expand the client base from Kota Damansara. The role blends engineering know-how with proactive business development, requiring a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering and at least two years in sales.

You will work with the marketing team to design campaigns, build long-term client relationships, and provide technical support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in outdoor industrial sales, preferably in senior marketing or business development.
• Proven track record of identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong technical aptitude to explain complex products and services.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bizmech Marketing Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in few different location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our client base within the sales and marketing industry.

Locations: Kota Damansara - Selangor

What you'll be doing

Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow our customer portfolio

Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services

Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients

What we’re looking for

A minimum of Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and related fields ..

At least 2 years of experience in outdoor industrial sales, preferably in a senior role within marketing or business development.

Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex products and services

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong presentation capabilities.
