Job summary

Asia Recruit (Permanent, Contract, & Executive Recruitment) is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage distributor relations, plan sales strategies for new product launches, and coordinate with logistics, sourcing, and marketing teams. The role involves preparing reports, handling documentation, and driving customer demos under leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree, 2–3 years of sales experience, willingness to travel with own transport, and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly sales reports and monitor accounts receivable collections.
• Address and resolve distributor issues.
• Plan sales strategies for new product launches.
• Communicate with distributors and update superiors on market conditions (twice a month).
• Coordinate with distributors on sales, A/R collections, documentation, and shipping arrangements.
• Coordinate with sourcing on accessories shipments and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics on shipment details and schedules.
• Collaborate with marketing on advertising and promotional materials.
• Generate and manage documentation, including SAP familiarity and filing.
• Plan and conduct customer demos, reporting to the Deputy Senior Sales Manager.
• Understand market conditions and activities related to specific accounts.
• Develop marketing activities and campaigns with distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships between DSSA and distributors.
• Prepare or assist with promotional events, conferences, and other product-related activities.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
