Job summary

• Local Sales Support: Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and coordinate deliveries between HQ, warehouses, production, and customers.
• Inventory and Internal Coordination: Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, coordinate replenishment, and prepare sales and operational reports.
• Export Operations and Shipping: Handle export sales orders, shipping documents, permits, container arrangements, and coordinate cargo readiness with production teams.
