Job summary

DORMA Hueppe Asia Sdn Bhd in Senai, Johor, seeks a logistics professional to manage inbound and outbound shipments, planning, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient operations.

You will handle freight forwarders, customs, and documentation, maintain LMW reporting, support purchasing, and drive continuous improvements in order fulfillment and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ logistics experience, preferably in MNC or manufacturing.
• Experience managing LMW compliance and import/export licensing in Malaysia.
• Strong industry knowledge, contingency planning skills, and analytical capability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange shipping and land transportation, including tracking and delivery follow-up.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and customers on import/export of goods.
• Prepare and update import/export documentation, permits, and forms.
• Manage LMW reporting and liaise with authorities as needed.
• Support purchasing and planning functions for raw materials and consumables.
• Maintain shipment and sales tracking reports for visibility and control.
• Improve order fulfillment, delivery time, and productivity.
• Act as point of contact with customers to meet delivery commitments.
