Job summary

Moh Heng Company Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Executive to coordinate loading and dispatch, monitor delivery progress, and ensure on-time delivery across our FMCG operations in East Malaysia. The role requires handling delays, communicating with customers, and supervising drivers to maintain safe handling of goods.

You will verify delivery documents, manage costs, and prepare KPIs while maintaining SOP compliance and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management experience.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation planning, and logistics processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Strong cost control and budget management capabilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate loading and dispatch, track delivery progress, ensure on-time delivery.
Handle delays and issues, communicate with customers, ensure safe handling of goods.
Verify delivery documents, control delivery costs, supervise drivers and delivery staff.
Ensure compliance with SOP and traffic regulations.
Prepare reports and KPIs, and manage returns and failed deliveries.
Manage relationships with transporters, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
Monitor truck fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, and transportation costs
