Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Sales Manager for Unsecured Lending Sales to lead Credit Card acquisition and Portfolio Sales across multiple channels. You will drive targeted growth, monitor daily performance, and ensure timely recovery actions to meet business targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with 5–8 years in banking or financial services sales, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity. Strong relationship management and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in banking/financial services.
• 2–3 years in a leadership or sales management role.
• Proven experience managing unsecured lending products (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, etc.).
• Strong ability to manage multiple channels and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead unsecured lending sales performance across multiple channels.
• Drive monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor KPIs and address underperformance.
• Build relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure target delivery and performance improvement.
• Develop and implement immediate recovery plans for underperforming areas.
