Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
5–8 years of sales experience in banking/financial services with leadership exposure.
Proven ability to manage unsecured lending products and multi-channel sales.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead unsecured lending sales performance across Credit Card and Portfolio Sales.
Drive monthly and annual sales targets across multiple channels.
Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions for underperformance.
Build relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure target delivery and improvements.
