Achieve sales targets and develop new business across the assigned territory.
Manage and grow relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, procurement teams, and key accounts.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, customer training, and clinical case support.
Prepare quotations and support tenders, negotiations, and other commercial activities.
Maintain accurate pipeline, account, forecast, and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Follow up on leads and manage opportunities through to successful closure.
Provide timely after‑sales support and resolve customer enquiries.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams and represent the company at relevant events.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, biomedical science, nursing, or a related field.
3–5 years of medical device sales experience; women’s healthcare experience is preferred.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
Strong presentation, consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
Proficient in CRM systems, preferably SAP, with knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements.
Able to work independently and travel within the assigned territory; clinical case‑support experience is an advantage.
