Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to present to clinicians and procurement teams.

• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Medical Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in medical sales or healthcare industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and procurement managers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth product knowledge to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products.
• Attend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to network and promote company products.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
• Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
• Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team, or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
