Responsibilities

• Process corporate remittance transactions accurately and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients to ensure smooth transaction processing and deliver excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Compliance to address customer matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support business growth.
• Monitor, update, and report sales performance weekly and monthly.
• Identify and pursue corporate sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Achieve annual KPIs and contribute to business objectives.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.
