• Monitor, update, and report sales performance weekly and monthly.
• Identify and pursue corporate sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Achieve annual KPIs and contribute to business objectives.
• Perform other duties or ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.

Process corporate remittance transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with clients to ensure smooth transaction processing and deliver excellent customer service.

Work closely with the Compliance team to address customer-related matters and ensure regulatory compliance.

Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support business growth.

Monitor, update, and report sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis.

Actively identify and pursue corporate sales opportunities to achieve sales targets set by Management.

Achieve annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the overall business objectives.

Perform any other duties, projects, or ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management or the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Forex, treasury, banking, or financial services, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Experience working with SME Banking or Treasury department is an added advantage.
