Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking a Sales Manager in the Semiconductor and Automation industry to drive growth across Asia.

You will lead regional sales activities, develop key accounts, and present company solutions with confidence. Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in semiconductor and automation sales, at least 2 years in semiconductor manufacturing, and willingness to travel within Malaysia and across ASEAN.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the Semiconductor and Automation industry.
• Minimum 2 years of Semiconductor Manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and across ASEAN.

• Drive sales activities through face to face meetings, calls, virtual engagements, and participation in industry trade shows, aligned with theIndividual Business Plan or project roadmap.
• Build strong, long term relationships with existing customers while actively developing new accounts to strengthen company presence across Asia.
• Present company solutions confidently using professional marketing materials and product knowledge.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities with a proactive and solution oriented mindset.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and expense submissions in a timely manner.
• Represent and promote company corporate culture with professionalism, positivity, and integrity.
• Embrace change, adapt quickly, and take on additional responsibilities when required.
• Participate in regional trade shows to showcase company technologies and reinforce our position as a market leader in total traceability solutions for factories.
