Luen Heng F&B Sdn Bhd. invites a driven Sales Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur-based team. The role focuses on driving on-trade sales across HORECA accounts, promoting our diverse product range, and achieving sales targets.

You will build and manage relationships with key accounts and new customers to support growth. Ideal candidates have a diploma, at least 2 years in FMCG, and strong communication skills in English (Mandarin or other languages a plus).

Responsabilidades

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Luen Heng F&B Sdn Bhd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving on-trade sales and promoting our diverse range of products to customers. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

(HORECA – area coverage Selangor & KL):

• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
• Establish and manage relationships with Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
• Negotiate business terms with key customers.
• Plans, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
• Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
• Prepare sales forecast and Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction

Skills & knowledge requirements:

• Possess a minimum diploma in any relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Industry.
• Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, motivated attitude.
• Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
• Proficiency in English (Mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage)
