Job summary

Johnson Controls in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage accounts and develop tailored solutions within our pricing framework.

You will build long-term customer relationships, develop a proactive sales strategy, and lead tender negotiations to secure profitable orders while ensuring timely payments. A strong product knowledge base and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 3–5 years of direct industrial machinery sales experience.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and proactive hunter.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
