Job summary

Johnson Controls in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to manage accounts, build strong customer relationships, and deliver tailored solutions within our pricing framework. You will develop sales strategies to achieve annual growth and lead tender negotiations to secure profitable orders while ensuring payment collection.

The role requires 3–5 years of direct industrial machinery sales experience, excellent communication, and proven ability to generate leads and maintain customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, HVAC, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• 3–5 years of direct sales experience in industrial machinery.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, proactive hunter personality.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities
