Job summary

AirAsia is seeking an Executive, Sales & Distributions IKHLAS to drive sales across AirAsia platforms and offline channels. The role includes assisting travel agents for Umrah bookings and executing strategic plans to meet Malaysia market needs.

You will support the IKHLAS model across distribution teams, monitor performance against KPIs, and maintain strong partner relationships while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field is acceptable.
• 1+ years in related sales or distribution roles is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, with proven leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist travel agents to book flights for Umrah, Umrah Plus and other destinations.
• Review and propose offline portfolio plans aligned with Malaysia market needs.
• Drive sales per targets and KPIs for the department and support distribution channels.
• Monitor SOPs and relationships with partners to ensure regulatory compliance and performance.
