Job summary

AirAsia Berhad seeks an online sales executive to drive Umrah package sales through digital channels, manage inquiries, and guide customers from first contact to booking and payment. You will respond across WhatsApp, social media, and the website, promoting packages based on customer needs and budgets.

Responsibilities include following up leads, achieving monthly targets, coordinating with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–2 years in online sales, telesales, travel, tourism, or customer service.
• Experience in Umrah/Hajj sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and online customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and leads via online channels (WhatsApp, social media, website).
• Promote and sell Umrah packages based on customer needs and budget.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Finance for bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the systems.
• Monitor payments and assist customers through booking and documentation.
• Provide regular reports on online sales performance and customer feedback.
