Job summary

K F Paper Products (Melaka) Sdn Bhd in Merlimau, Melaka is seeking a capable Planning/Order Management professional to oversee the complete order lifecycle from receipt to delivery. You will verify POs, confirm specs, input orders, and coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics to meet customer timelines.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or related field with 2-3 years in manufacturing planning and knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing planning.
• Experience in corrugated board and production planning is added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO14001.
• Good working attitude, interpersonal skills and initiative.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and able to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify purchase orders from customers.
• Check product specifications such as board quality (BQ), flute, size, quantity, delivery date, and other requirements.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in the system.
• Confirm order details and delivery schedule with customers.
• Handle customer enquiries regarding orders, production and delivery status.
• Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.
• Prepare production planning based on customer orders.
• Communicate with Production Manager for any delayed or pending orders issues.
• Coordinate with Material and paper roll warehouse and check availability of paper rolls and other production materials.
• Coordinate with Logistic and Warehouse team to arrange delivery according to customer requirements.
