Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or interior design.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Professional, presentable and self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
• Willing to work on Saturdays.
• Experience in dealing with homeowners, designers and project clients is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Consultant with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to showroom customers and manage incoming sales enquiries


• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions


• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients and close sales professionally
