Artistic Lighting Gallery in Malaysia seeks a Senior Sales Consultant with a passion for premium decorative lighting and interior projects. You will greet showroom visitors, understand client needs and propose high-end lighting solutions, preparing quotations and following up to close sales.

With a minimum of 3 years in luxury retail or related sectors, you will build strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, and project clients, while achieving monthly targets and coordinating

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or interior design.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Professional, presentable and self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage.
• Willing to work on Saturdays.
• Experience in dealing with homeowners, designers and project clients is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Attend showroom customers and manage incoming sales enquiries
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients and close sales professionally
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, interior designers and project clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent sales performance
• Coordinate with internal teams on orders, production and project progress
• Proactively develop new sales opportunities and maintain after-sales service
