Job summary

Tune Protect Group Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Network & Server Support Engineer to manage and optimize our network, server, cloud, and infrastructure platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

You will provide Level 2/3 support, lead incident response, perform RCA, plan upgrades, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver resilient IT services across a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

Min 5 years of experience in enterprise network and infrastructure support.
Hands-on with Huawei, Aruba, firewall vendors, and WAN tech.
Experience with Windows and Linux server administration and virtualization.
Strong TCP/IP knowledge and network security concepts.

Responsibilities

Monitor, manage, and optimize enterprise network, server, storage, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for incidents, service requests, and operational issues.
Administer LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers with security controls.
Administer Windows and Linux server environments, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization.
Perform proactive monitoring, RCA, and continuous service improvement.
Plan upgrades, capacity planning, DR/BCP readiness, and modernization initiatives.
Document networks, runbooks, and SOPs.
