Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure with technical lead experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SCCM and Intune preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT infrastructure technical lead for the site, ensuring reliable and scalable services.
• Coordinate with Corporate IT, vendors, and regional teams on initiatives and planning.
• Oversee performance, availability, monitoring, and lifecycle management of site infrastructure.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• Lead deployments for endpoints, networking, servers, storage, and cloud services.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in operations.
