Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced senior IT infrastructure professional to own the technology backbone, ensure stability, security, and performance of the company’s IT environment, and collaborate with Group IT and Cybersecurity teams in Singapore.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate vendors, lead local infrastructure projects, and drive digital transformation initiatives with autonomy and impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, AD and networking.
• Experience with cybersecurity operations and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, virtual environments, storage, backups and networking.
• Monitor system health, availability, security and performance.
• Lead local infrastructure projects and coordinate vendors.
• Support cybersecurity controls and incident response with HQ teams.
• Provide Level 2/3 escalation for complex issues and vendor management.
