Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Executive to join our HR team. You will source and screen candidates, review resumes, and coordinate interview sessions to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

You will communicate with candidates in Bahasa Malaysia and English, handle onboarding for new staff, and support management on HR tasks. Training will be provided to help you adapt to our internal processes.

Qualifications

• Previous HR/Recruitment experience preferred.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Confident communicating with different candidate types.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.
• Training will be provided for recruitment processes.
