Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years in recruitment.
• Excellent proficiency in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns for oil & gas and energy projects.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management.
• Partner with project managers and stakeholders on workforce planning needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research across Asia.

• Coordinate with agencies and external partners.

The role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to meet project hiring demands.

Duties And Responsibilities

• The Recruiter will work primarily on the following areas:
• Managing high-volume recruitment campaigns for oil & gas and energy projects
• Managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partnering with project managers and stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles
• Conducting market mapping and talent research across Asia
• Ensuring recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and company policies
• Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
• Providing regular updates, hiring reports, and analytics to management
