Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to run an embedded RPO team, partnering with the client's energy, engineering and data centre growth initiatives on site in Malaysia. You will own the talent acquisition strategy and end-to-end delivery for technical roles, coaching a team of recruiters and sourcers while aligning workforce plans with HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a recruitment team in an RPO, agency or in-house environment.
• Strong track record recruiting technical or engineering talent; data centre, critical infrastructure, power, electrical, mechanical or construction experience is highly desirable.
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable influencing senior business leaders and managing expectations.
• Data-driven, with experience using metrics and market intelligence to guide decisions.
• Skilled at sourcing in competitive, skills-short markets.
• Experienced with enterprise ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
• Resilient, adaptable and collaborative, with a coaching leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers embedded within the client's business.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery for technical, engineering and data centre requisitions, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to build workforce plans, forecast demand and agree priorities.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for scarce skill sets, including passive, niche and early‑careers talent pools.
• Drive performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction).
• Provide clear reporting, market insight and recommendations to client stakeholders and internal leadership.
• Champion a first‑class candidate experience, diversity‑led hiring and strong employer brand messaging.
• Continuously improve process, tooling and ATS data quality, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
