U Mobile Sdn Bhd is seeking a Specialist, Enterprise Productivity to design, build and maintain scalable enterprise applications and AI-enabled automation. You will lead full- stack development with Next.js, React, Node.js and TypeScript, and advance REST/GraphQL APIs and AI-assisted coding practices.

The role requires 3–5 years of software engineering experience, strong cloud skills (AWS or Azure), and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across regions.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack experience in Next.js or React, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proven experience using AI development tools—such as Codex, GitHub, MCP or equivalent—in production workflows, beyond casual use.
• Experience designing and delivering REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and code quality practices including TypeScript strict mode, linting and testing.
• Experience supporting platforms used across multiple regions or tenants.
• Strong cloud experience, particularly with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with technical, non-technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and the ability to adapt as they evolve.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

Develop scalable and secure automation and AI-enabled applications, while using AI tools to improve and accelerate project delivery.

The Day-to-Day Activities

Design, build and maintain full-stack applications using technologies such as Next.js, Node.js and TypeScript.

Maintain and enhance applications developed with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.

Develop and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs to connect applications and services.

Lead the adoption of AI-assisted development practices using tools such as Codex, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI coding agents. Evaluate tools, develop internal guides and conduct learning sessions.

Build internal automation solutions and tools to improve processes and productivity.

Design user interfaces for data-heavy applications, including tables, dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness and ease of use.

About You

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong full-stack experience in Next.js or React, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proven experience using AI development tools—such as Codex, GitHub, MCP or equivalent—in production workflows, beyond casual use.
