Job summary

ELP Quantity Surveyors Sdn Bhd invites a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead cost estimation, bills of quantities, tender and contract documentation. You will oversee project progress, perform monthly site valuations and interim valuations, and help finalize accounts.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Quantity Surveying with 5–10 years of experience, demonstrates strong planning, communication and negotiation skills, and can work independently. Knowledge of Cost-X and Glodon is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution with 5–10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and supervise subordinates and report to Manager.
• Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities.
• Prepare tender documents, tender reports and contract documents.
• Conduct monthly site valuations and interim valuations.
• Prepare final accounts and advise on contractual matters and claim avoidance.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution with at least 5 to 10 years experience

Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skill

Able to work independently

Knowledge in computer-aided measurement software (e.g. Cost-X and Glodon) will be an advantage
