M&M PROJECT BUILDER SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our Johor Bahru team. This full-time role focuses on cost control, tender preparation, and project financial management.

Based in Johor Bahru District, you will liaise with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure cost-effective project delivery while maintaining rigorous documentation and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Professional membership or eligibility with a recognised surveying body (such as RICS, Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia, or equivalent)
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects
• Managing project budgets and monitoring expenditure throughout the construction phase
• Conducting valuations of work completed and processing interim and final payment certificates
• Negotiating and agreeing on contract variations and claims with contractors and clients
• Analysing cost data and providing financial advice to project managers and stakeholders
• Preparing cost reports and forecasts to support project decision-making
• Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Reviewing contract documentation and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• Conducting site inspections and measurements to verify work quality and progress
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all project financial transactions

M&M PROJECT BUILDER SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Johor Bahru District, Johor. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring financial control, and delivering exceptional value to our clients. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic commercial solutions
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction contracts and industry standards is highly desirable
• Experience in preparing tender documents and contract administration
