Responsibilities

• Negotiation and pre/post-contract management including final accounts.
• Verify claims and recommendations for payments to contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage tender operations, set-up, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare tenders including cost analysis, document review, and submission.
• Plan and monitor tender reports and approval papers for contractor appointments.
• Handle claims and changes and coordinate risk management activities.
