Job summary

SG Contract Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage pre- and post-contract activities in our Shah Alam projects. You will oversee contract administration, tender processes, interim payments, and final accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

With a minimum of five years in the field and experience in a consultancy, you will coordinate project-related contractual matters, attend meetings with clients and consultants, and support site travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience with at least 2 years in a consultancy.
• Proficient in English and MS Office; familiarity with Glodon Software.

- Pre and Post contract management responsibilities and contract administration.

- To control and coordinate Project Surveyor for project tender exercise, Contract Documentation, Interim payment and Final Account Settlement.

- Able to manage and coordinate project related contractual matters.

- Attend and participate in meetings with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve progress related issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent recognized by BQSM.

- Minimum 5 years of working experience & 2 years in Consultant firm.

- Good written and verbal communication in English and computer skills in Microsoft Office application, Glodon Software.

- Job locations available at Shah Alam, Selangor.
