Job summary

KEJURUTERAAN RIAZ SDN. BHD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects on site in Malaysia. You will oversee cost control, prepare BQ, cost estimates, tender documents and monitor progress payments.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying with 7–10 years of construction experience, strong costing knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office and QS software. Travel to site and independent work are expected.

• Experience in progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
