Job summary

DapuStor Corporation, a leading maker of SSDs and edge computing products, seeks an experienced production quality manager to oversee new product introductions and mass production quality control in its Johor facility. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration with overseas teams and strong problem‑solving skills.

Ideal candidates hold 5+ years of electronics/ storage industry QA experience, familiar with IATF16949 and ISO9001, and are fluent in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years in production quality management.
• SSD and SMT process quality control experience preferred.
• Familiar with IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality systems; auditor certs preferred.
• Proficient with Office software and Minitab for data analysis.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; able to coordinate cross-region teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-process quality monitoring during new product introductions.
• Lead mass production quality control for SMT, assembly, testing and shipment.
• Coordinate factory audits; manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Analyze returned defects; drive process improvements and cost reduction.
