Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a QA Engineer to implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO and customer standards, and to ensure product quality across the manufacturing process. You will conduct inspections, process validations, and quality checks for incoming, in-process, and final products, lead CAPA activities, and collaborate with R&D,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.
• 2–3 years QA experience in manufacturing, EMS, or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of quality tools: SPC, FMEA, 8D, DOE, Lean, and 5S.
• ERP or quality system experience (e.g., SAP, IFS) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
