3E Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Senior QA/QC Executive to manage daily quality operations, lead the QC team, and drive compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485. Responsibilities

Oversee daily QA/QC activities to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of precision-machined components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements.
Utilize precision measuring equipment including CMM, height gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and FAI reports.
Investigate quality issues and implement CAPA.
Handle customer complaints and non-conformances.
Collaborate with production and engineering to improve product quality.
Lead, supervise and train QC inspectors and monitor performance.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.
Plan and conduct ISO 9001 & 13485 internal audits and support external audits.
Maintain ISO 9001 & 13485 documentation and procedures.
Follow up audit findings and CAPA to ensure closure.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and rework.

Job description

Oversee daily QA/QC activities to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.

Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of precision-machined components.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements.

Experienced in and familiar with the operation of measuring equipment, including CMM, height gauges, micrometers, and vernier calipers.

Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records and First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.

Investigate quality issues, identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Handle customer complaints, product non-conformances and rejected parts.

Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.

Lead, supervise and train QC inspectors, including work allocation, inspection methods, drawing interpretation and performance monitoring.

Ensure measuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated according to schedule.

Plan, coordinate and conduct ISO 9001 & 13485internal audits to ensure QMS compliance.

Coordinate and support external audits, including certification body audits and customer audits.

Maintain ISO 9001 & 13485 documentation, procedures, work instructions and quality records.

Follow up on audit findings, non-conformities and CAPA to ensure timely closure.

Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement to reduce defects, rework and customer complaints.

Requirements:

Relevant QA/QC experience in precision machining or manufacturing.

Able to read technical drawings and understand GD&T.

Skilled in using precision measuring instruments; CMM experience is an advantage.

Practical experience in ISO 9001 & 13485 internal audits is required.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements and documentation.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are highly preferred.

Experience supervising and developing a QA/QC team is highly preferred.

Experience coordinating external certification audits and customer audits is highly preferred.

ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification or training is an advantage.

Experience handling customer complaints, audit non-conformities and CAPA.

Knowledge of ISO 13485 is an added advantage.

Able to work independently, take ownership and drive quality improvements.
