Job summary

TopNotch HR Consulting Firm in Malaysia seeks a Quality Engineer to lead APQP activities, develop control plans, inspection instructions, and core quality documents for new projects. You will manage inspection equipment and calibration, oversee INCOMING, in-process, and final inspections, train staff, and maintain ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001 QMS documentation.

A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience are required; strong problem solving, communication, and continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Mechanical, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Quality Engineering experience.
• Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and basic quality tools (SPC, MSA, sampling).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination with internal teams and external customers.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Mechanical, Quality Management, or related fields
