Job summary

S P Setia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned Head of Sales & Marketing to develop, oversee and implement strategies across the business unit. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, budgeting, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while positioning the group as a market leader in property development.

You will lead product launches, manage campaigns, and build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / management or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in property Sales and Marketing roles with high end property developers.
• Understand local markets and possess in depth knowledge in property industry to drive and execute effective plans.
• Proactive and resourceful with proven sales track record.
• Creative and able to differentiate the brand.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Working location based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve financial objectives by budgeting, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and correcting actions.
• Control sales and marketing results and take corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Direct sales forecasting and set performance goals.
• Plan and lead new product launches and campaigns, monitor post-launch data.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key customers to build loyalty and branding.
• Develop staff for excellent customer service and sales performance.
