Job summary

SDPL Property Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead sales and marketing for our Butterworth, Penang property developments. You will drive residential sales, shape marketing strategies and oversee launches from enquiry to SPA signing.

Working with management and external partners, you will target ambitious sales goals, manage campaigns, coordinate APDL compliance, and build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• No single correct degree; proven property sales/marketing track record required.
• Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience with residential property marketing and launches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet project targets.
• Lead residential project launches, campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events.
• Manage enquiries, presentations, follow-ups and convert to bookings/SPA.
• Plan campaigns across advertising, digital and social media to boost awareness.
• Coordinate APDL applications, renewals and related regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external agencies, agents, banks and solicitors.
• Monitor market trends and project performance; report to Management.
• Maintain purchaser databases and sales pipelines; track against targets.
