Selaman Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to manage property sales, coordinate exhibitions and launches, and handle customer inquiries from first contact to closing.

You will prepare market analyses and reports, coordinate SPA documentation and loan applications, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires independence, teamwork, and weekend/event availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in property sales, real estate marketing, or related industry.
• Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work independently or in a team with good organizational and time management skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, exhibitions, roadshows and events; driving license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage property sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate property exhibitions, roadshows, project launches, and promotional events.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor assessments.
• Coordinate SPA documentation, loan applications, and related administrative matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, and business partners.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and provide after-sales support when required.
• Keep up to date with property market trends, project developments, and industry regulations.
