Job summary

Qualifications
- At least 10 years in property industry with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Hands-on experience in sales of residential and rental of commercial properties.
- Excellent leadership and PR/communication skills.
- Proven track record in high-end property developments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement marketing strategy and activities prior to launches.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns with agencies and promotions.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new projects.
- Liaise with bankers and lawyers on financing, SPA, DMC and related docs.
- Prepare budgets and branding roll-out plans, including newsletters.
- Lead corporate branding and PR initiatives.
