PINNACLE GROUP is seeking a Senior Marketing & Sales Manager (Property Developer) to lead our residential sales team across nationwide projects. You will drive sales strategy, oversee client relationships, and coordinate with marketing and agencies to maximize revenue.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive property market knowledge, and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years in property sales or development, ideally in sales management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Understanding of property market trends, regulations and customer preferences.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets for residential developments.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Manage sales budget and ensure activities stay within budget.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan integrated campaigns and events.
• Build relationships with clients, agents, investors and homebuyers.
• Coordinate with Real Estate Agencies and support sales materials/kits.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Oversee lead generation, inquiries, presentations and closures.
