PINNACLE GROUP is a premier property developer seeking a Project Development Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of major developments. The role requires coordinating design, planning, approvals and execution with internal teams, consultants and government authorities on-site in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years in property development or construction project delivery, strong leadership, regulatory knowledge and excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in using project management software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and presentation software.
• Track record in property development and project delivery.
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate all stages of property development projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with internal teams, external consultants and authorities to secure approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and resources; manage risk and ensure timely completion.
• Provide strategic input to streamline operations and improve processes.
• Prepare documentation, conduct feasibility studies and report progress to management.
